SOME FACTORS AFFECTING THE SELECTION OF ELECTRONIC BANKING SERVICES BY INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS AT COMMERCIAL BANKS

Abstract:
This study examines a number of factors that influence the choice of Electronic banking (E-banking) by individual customers at commercial banks. The model is presented with 5 factors affecting the choice to use E-banking services. The study carried out descriptive statistical methods, measuring scales (Cronbach’s alpha), discovery factor analysis (EFA) with a sample of 384 individual customers using E-banking services at a commercial bank. Thereby, the authors have identified the influence of each factor affecting the choice of using E-banking services of individual customers. The results of this research will be helpful for administrators to offer solutions to contribute to improving the quality of E-banking services, thereby increasing the number of customers using E-banking services as well as the operational scale
