ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY – AS A CRITERION FOR IMPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL SITUATION

ABSTRACT

The article deals with the problem of environmental safety – a specific criterion for improving the environmental situation. The role and importance of ecological capital in the context of ecological safety are analyzed. The main directions and prospects of the ecological society are explored in connection with alternative concepts of the ecological paradigm. The socio-philosophical aspects of state policy in this area are covered by studying the main factors that characterize environmental risk and ways to eliminate them.
